Laurie has 25 years experience in the beauty industry and 21 of those have been as an esthetician.  She has worked in executive positions with some of the top beauty brands but also worked in the buying department for several major retailers. She concluded her corporate career and began managing salons in Suffolk.  Holding a MBA has helped her go from not only a skincare expert to successful business owner.  She says, "I have waited years to bring this vision to life.  I hope everyone enjoys being here just as much as we do!"

Caroline graduated Rudy and Kelly in 2012. Caroline is your girl for a true hair project.  She is all in from color correction to over the top fashion colors.  Caroline's energetic and big personality plays out in her hair techniques.  She has perfected her art at other boutique salons in the area before making a permanent home with us.  Caroline believes that she is truly "Creating beautful hair for beautiful souls."

Hanna graduated from Rudy and Kelly Academy in 2019.  She left Virginia and began her career at a salon in Illinois.  Hanna came to us when she moved back to Hampton Roads.  She began her career with us as a shampoo tech, honing her craft and learning our ways.  She shined as an assistant and it was clear that she needed to be behind the chair!  Hanna specializes in lived in Balayages and the perfect blonde highlights.  Her personality shines and is shown in her work!  Hanna says "They told me I could be anything I wanted,  I wanted to make people feel beautiful so I became a hairstylist."
